Live Painting at events: Conferences & Corporate

What is it

I paint while the event unfolds — talks, exchanges, and collaborative moments. I translate atmosphere, themes, and collective focus into colour and abstract forms. The final artwork captures the essence of the day in a way that’s immediate, intuitive, and memorable — a bridge between what we understand with the mind and what we sense at a deeper level.

How it works

BEFORE THE EVENT:
We begin with a short briefing to align on theme, palette, and the level of interaction you’d like participants to have.

DURING THE EVENT:
I paint in a visible space, stage or common area, moving quietly with the flow of the programme. Different settings are possible.

PARTICIPANT INPUTS:
Participants can contribute small inputs when appropriate, for example short reflections or post-its.

CLOSING MOMENT:
At the end, I can briefly present the artwork and the process behind it. An optional guided moment of visual connection or short meditation can be included.

TIMING:
Flexible duration: from 1.5 hours (for a talk or focus group) to a full day during conferences or large events

ONLINE FORMAT:
I can also paint during an online event or focus group, a simple way to add an emotional layer to a digital meeting.

Benefits

A shared visual language
The atmosphere, feelings, intuitions, and collective energy become visible through a universal visual language.
Deeper presence and connection
Live painting draws people in, encourages reflection, and creates a sense of shared presence throughout the event.
A meaningful artistic trace
The artwork remains as a memorable reminder of the day.
It can be photographed, shared, or transformed — for example, cut into smaller pieces so participants can take a fragment home.
